Hi, I’m Ronit Marathe, founder of Life Ascend Coaching LLC. I’m a certified John Maxwell Team Leadership and a Blue Core certified coach. My mission is to help new and emerging leaders who feel stuck or on the verge of burnout find their inner voice so they can lead with clarity, impact, and confidence.

I created Life Ascend for a simple reason: too many brilliant, good-hearted emerging leaders are quietly burning out, overthinking, people-pleasing, and losing their confidence—right at the moment they’re being asked to step up and lead.
